Bottle of any hard liquour (preferably 80 proof or higher, we use Jack Daniels)
Battle rules:
If you make an opponents Pokemon faint, shot of Sake.
If your Pokemon faints, shot of hard liquor.
No cry babies.
1 round of this should do the trick and this put the competitive battling nature of Pokemon on extremely high stakes. Good luck fellow Poke-Masters and remember if you vomit, you suck.
